OUR RETURN POLICY AND PROCESS

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item.

Returns are processed within 4-6 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us. Please ensure to package each order separately. If multiple orders are returned inside a single return package, your return will require additional time to process. You will not receive credit for any non-eligible items returned.

 

The product must be in its original packaging and in unused condition. We may not be able to process a return if the product shows signs of wear and tear, damage, or if any accessories are missing.

We do not charge any restocking fees for returns within the 30-day period. Your refund will include the full purchase price of the PrintJet MINI.

Once we receive your returned item, it may take up to 4-6 business days to inspect and process the return. After approval, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

If your PrintJet MINI is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or provide you with a prepaid return label for a full refund.

If you purchased your PrintJet MINI from a third-party retailer, please contact the retailer directly for their return and refund policies. Our return policy applies to purchases made directly through the official PrintJet MINI website.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns after the 30-day period has elapsed. However, if you encounter any issues with your PrintJet MINI after this period, please contact our customer support team for assistance with warranty options and repairs.
